Job Description

Lead Fullstack Developer IA

We are looking for a passionate lead fullstack developer with AI expertise to join our team and contribute to innovative projects integrating advanced technologies.

You will participate in developing web and backend applications by integrating AI models or using code assistance tools (Cursor, Gemini, Copilot, or others).

Main Responsibilities

Design and develop fullstack web applications
Integrate AI functionalities by working with AI APIs and SDKs (LLM, vision, NLP…) and optimize their integration
Set up and operate MCP servers to structure interactions with LLMs and company data
Practice and promote vibe coding in the team to boost quality, creativity, and productivity
Collaborate with cloud, data, and product teams to design complete solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical mentoring, and AI technology watch
Be TechTown’s ambassador by contributing to its influence: conferences, articles, sharing…

Education and Experience

Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack web development
Experience on projects integrating AI or a strong desire to do so!
Understanding of concepts used today in the AI world
Experience in training or workshop facilitation is a plus

Technical Skills

Mastery of at least one backend framework (Spring or Node.js) and one frontend solution among React, Vue, Angular
Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Java
Experience with AI APIs and SDKs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI…)
Knowledge of cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and DevOps principles
Application of craft practices
